Casa Hibiscus is a modern design villa in a small complex of six villas with a shared pool. Right next door to the smaller Casa Lila, the two can easily be booked together for a larger group. The villa has it's own private terrace at the front, looking onto the swimming pool, and balconies to two of the bedrooms. It is fully equipped for holiday rental and home comforts including a fully fitted kitchen and a bright lounge-dining room. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and a south-facing balcony with a table and chairs for sitting out to look down to the village and the sea. Also on the same floor is one of the bathrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds and room for a travel cot. The second double room is on the ground floor and there is another bathroom beside. There is even a basement with a laundry area, patio drying space and storage room.
The south facing terrace outside the living room is furnished with sunloungers and a solid wood table and chairs for al fresco dining, and offers pleasant views to the pool and the decked poolside relaxation area. The gate and fence at the front keeps small children safely within the property.
Punta de las Mujeres has the beauty of a traditional Canarian fishing village along with all holiday amenities such as local restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars and much more. It is a wonderful place to holiday and experience the Lanzarote lifestyle. This part of the Lanzarote coastline is renowned for its spectacular beaches, one of which is in Arrieta in the neighbouring village. Stayed for a week in Casa Hibiscus in May 2010. The owners were very hospitable , friendly and obviously cared about customer service. They even gave us a lift to a local restaurant and back. The house is very clean and well equiped in a pleasant, quiet Spanish Village with small bars and two good local restaurants. There are idyllic quiet beaches just North of the village. Great place to stay if you want to avoid busy resorts. |
We stayed in Casa Hibiscus for a week in October half term. We had a great time! The villa itself was clean and modern and the added child-friendly touches were a bonus. With a lively 2 year old we certainly needed the stair gates and the gated pool! The village itself was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed evening walks to the local tavernas and restaurants. We'd certainly recommend a visit! |
