Almost 2 acres of garden isolates the hotel from the rest of the town. There are expanses of well-manicured lawn, a pool with sun terrace, and plenty of trees when you need a spot of shade.
Meanwhile the interior of the hotel is a delight, richly decorated and cleverly designed, and the gothic patio is a really special feature. It's a great place to relax and sip a cocktail or aperitif. The bedrooms were totally renovated quite recently, and they all provide luxurious accommodation and great views of the garden or the village. Some rooms feature a small balcony, and between them there is a mix of double and twin beds, hydromassage baths and showers.
Restaurant:
The restaurant is housed in the old coach house, where the principal architectural feature is the floor mosaic created from river pebbles by the architect Rafael Masó one hundred years ago. The cuisine at Palau Lo Mirador makes the fullest possible use of local ingredients: fresh fish from Roses, vegetables from Empordá, beef from Girona and ice cream from the local specialist pastelería in Torroella. In summer, restaurant service is also available in the garden.A Word From the Owner:
"Thanks to the combined skills of a team of professionals from different fields who have dedicated themsleves heart and soul to the project, we have been able to realise our dream: to awaken new emotions in every little corner of Palau Lo Mirador."Hotel Amenities:

What We Say:
This imposing little hotel gets the benefit of being in the centre of Torroella, yet remains apart. Great house, great place, great coastline.Customer Feedback:
"It's an old palace that is being properly cared for. When we arrived the receptionist took the trouble to explain all about the history and the design of the house. As there was a wedding on, there was a huge red carpet laid out! "
"The magnificence of the surroundings, the tranquillity and relaxation of the gardens, the quality of the restaurant, all made it stupendous value for money.
