There are ample spaces for visitors to sit and relax, read, use the internet or have a quiet drink (sherry, of course!) whilst contemplating the stunning view from the roof terrace over the tiled roofs of the old part of town. A short walk away through the winding narrow streets you can find typical local bars, restaurants, shops, museums (including the famous Spanish Riding School) and numerous wine bodegas and flamenco “tablaos”.
Guests are free to use the DVDs and CDs in the library, which is stocked with information about the town and the area, which offers a diverse range of activities, scenery, gastronomy and fiestas (and surely the Andalucians are the masters of fiestas!). On the ground floor is a spacious, comfortable lounge that opens up onto the garden, where clients from the restaurant can enjoy delicious al fresco suppers.
The fully-equipped bedrooms are quiet, with most opening onto a terrace that overlooks the stone-walled garden. The beds (some doubles, some twins) are comfortable, with good-quality cotton bed-linen. Most of the rooms have wheelchair access and four are fully adapted for disabled guests.
Restaurant:
Restaurante Sabores is run by an award-winning local young chef who prepares beautifully presented dishes that give a new twist to traditional Andalusian cuisine; using the best, local seasonal produce. These are complemented by a good wine list that includes some excellent lesser-known wines, as well, as those that one would expect to find in a Jerez restaurant. Choose from the inddor dining room or the walled garden, or maybe just enjoy a tapa and a copa in the bar.A Word From the Owner:
"Our main aim is to do all we can to ensure our guests enjoy their time in Jerez, to feel comfortable and relaxed in the hotel and leave having fallen for Jerez and the surrounding area as we did, for its diversity and the friendliness of its people."Hotel Amenities:

What We Say:
Not just a friendly, well-placed hotel for visiting Jerez. This is Jerez's first "green hotel" practicing eco-friendly principles, but in a very inconspicuous way.Customer Feedback:
